For people with children that have bath toys, don't butcher their toys. Yes they will get moldy inside, but you just need to regularly wash them out in a warm, diluted white vinegar bath. Or just use bleach. Make sure to squish the toys in the solution a couple of times so that the mold can soak, leave them in the solution for about 15-20 minutes. Then give them an extremely thorough rinse, you won't get all of the mold out. But it will certainly be better than nothing. And if you clean the toys every couple of months, you can keep the amount of mold build up down by a lot.

@@silaswilbur not an expert, but I’d say hard no. The ice is too much, even using the freezer instead of just the fridge could be too much cold exposure over too long.
And even if the tissue would be fine, it could just drain too much temperature.
Mom life hacks are just spending more money to make something you could have gotten for cheaper to look like you’re saving money when you’re actually losing money.
Realistically though, there were some good ones. Hiding cough medicine in a young child’s food is perfectly fine if they just won’t take it normally, and I think the pacifier in the freezer is to help teething pain. Also, the egg thing is probably about eggs that were cracked before you buy them, the eggs cracking in the freezer should be safe.
Some of these were just stupid though. The sponge one had me dying!

Putting the medicine in the kids food could damage their relationship with that specific food and they might never wanna eat it again, maybe just tell them it will make them feel better or do a count down and if the child is 7+ do a count down and the child can do it them selves cause it makes them feel less scared when they have control, either with what foods they want to eat or where they want to go during a day, force feeding them it will make them feel angry and anxious, have a cup of water near them so they can very quickly take it and then they can drink the water quickly thats what i did as a kid.
