Hmmm... I think you mean the Arcade version of Final Fight 1, which is included as a hidden bonus game in the 2006 game Final Fight: Streetwise for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox.
As far as I know, Final Fight 2 was released only for the Super Nintendo / Super Famicom.

That’s not true. This game is only for the snes and in Japan for their snes. It’s on the virtual console as well.
