A wood bat will generally have more end load than a metal or composite bat. So yeah, it might be best to go down a little on the weight.
What size bat for at 6’4 400lb power hitter coming out of retirement 😅
The longer the heavier the better.
What size bat for 5'8 180lb in high school
depending on strength, I would suggest a 32" or 33". Leaning towards the 32" (drop 3) 29oz.
