    I have 2 questions:
    1- How long time/ How many mins we be suggest to train this every day? for 3 different stages of pregnancy?
    2- When breath in, when breath out? Because this is the video missing, I can only check your mouth move, but it is difficult?

    Thank you so much ladies! Also, Where do you get your leggings!? I can never find cute maternity ones like that! Are they just regular yoga pants or are they specifically for maternity? I’m in my second trimester and my yoga pants are getting a little tight around the waist. Thank you 🙏
