Oh Jess. I can feel your heart being pulled in two different directions - staying in FL with Gabe's family and away from yours in AU, or going to AU and being away from Gabe's family. Praying for clarity and comfort during this season.

It's really become a lot in Jess, I see that her heart wants to be in Australia, She doesn't seem to find her happy purpose in the US, being away from her family had been that cause. Although it's hard for her to make that decision when it's her family in another country.
@@Forever-gd7vs I don’t blame her for wanting to be in Australia I may be bias but it’s a wonderful country, even though our house prices are A LOT higher the way of life is just better over here (I’ve lived in America for a few years for work & have an American boyfriend so I can make these statements) plus free healthcare, a gun law and being with her family is always a plus. But then if they move here it will be Gabe missing his family.
I’m from California and moved to Australia a couple years ago to be with my Australian partner. It’s HARD to be away from family and always surrounded by your partner’s family and friends and not yours

If Gabe wanted to go to AU, then 100% go for it. If not, that's when your heart gets torn - being away from your family or your husband.
I understand sometimes your husband's family can be above yours... (if your family sucks)... but it seems like her family is great, so they are obviously miles above her husband's.

I really feel like people should stop asking her about having kids. She's only 24 years old. I have the same age and I have sooo many plans yet to do, even if I would really love to be a mom on the future. Plus, we don't really know what's the reality of the people we watch on the other side of the screen. Who knows, maybe they're really struggling and all of these questions do not help them.

I grew up overseas in a family of 5 kids and we constantly travelled to and from the States. Don't let traveling be a deterrent for how many kids you want. We got used to all the traveling at such young ages (we flew before we could walk), that we quickly became very good travelers.

I have endometriosis, and people still ask me/tease me all the time about babies. I actually don’t mind it. People are asking out of care so it comes from a good place. It’s different for everyone. But yea if Jess requested people stop them they should stop. And if some continue, she shouldn’t feel as though she has to keep addressing it over and over. It’s ok to not answer

The bit about having one child each on the plane definitely made sense. My siblings are all very close in age and when we were flying when they were younger (3 kids under 3) they had to either be sat on someone or you had to pay a lot extra for the carseat to be fitted to the seat, was such a faf. I'm from south Florida but moved to north Florida for college and it took me a little over a year to get used to!! I remember feeling like I had moved to a city that had nothing to offer me. I started going on long drives and looking up cool places to visit around my area and eventually fell in love with it. Now that I've moved back home, I'm missing it like crazy 😂. I can only imagine how hard it is to become familiar with a new city given the condition of the world right now but I promise it'll start to feel like home sooner than later!!!! 🤍🤍🤍

I had an idea when you were talking about the kids and locations. You should send them to their florida grandparents for summer (even if for just one week each side or not) , then to their australia parents the next summer and the same taking turns way during spring break if they don’t have friend plans! 🤍

My boyfriend and I also talked about having 3 kids but we didn’t want one kid to feel left out. Traveling with kids (especially internationally) can be difficult so it totally makes sense you guys want to wait and see!

Hi Jess!! I know this video was posted a while ago but I relate to some of the moving around that you and Gabe have done. Since the Pandemic my boyfriend and I felt it was best to leave California where my family was and go live with my boyfriends family in New Jersey. It was an exciting change I think because we didn’t know how long we’d be here. Now we’re going to be officially moving here within the next few months after we go back and visit California and it’s been such a rollercoaster! It’s exciting and scary and so watching your videos makes me happy but it also makes me feel less alone and inspired for what life could be like for me in the future 🥰
I moved to a new city right after getting married in December 2019, so basically right when the pandemic started. It can be really difficult to get settled and comfortable during the pandemic. I feel you on that. Meeting people and getting a feel for the area can be hard when not a lot is going on and you're trying to be safe. Also, being married can make it a little harder in my experience because you always have someone to eat with or do things with so I don't push myself to make friends.
