I generally don’t comment on videos but here I’d like to do,
The price is like a 5 star property but the services are very poor, they will make you wait for 20-25 mins for a single chapati, they won’t provide you tea on time, the servies of the buffet is very poor.
They have acute shortage of staff there were just 2 persons on the reception and when you’ll go for anything they will be busy on phone calls. They don’t entertain you at the 1st place.
The infrastructure and quality of rooms are very good, the taste of food is very good, but to become 5 star you’ll have to provide services like 5 star.
I had a stay of approx 25 days from 22nd March to 15th April 2022.
