Its highly suspicious that she, out of all household name comedians, got a talk show spot. Her comedy is forced and cringeworthy. Like many youtubers, her channel subscriber number is highly inflated and engagement is low. It looks like she is not going to last long. Also, she has a 1am slot so her demographic will be people over the age of 30. It all doesnt add up.

Honestly i haven't watch her in a very long time because i just don't found her videos funny anymore, but as a former fan I feel so happy for her and i will definitely check it out. I like what late shows have been doing lately in trying to get with the times so it will be fresh to see what someone so young, diverse and from a different platform will do with that opportunity.
I think the pressure of TH-cam going crazy had gotten to her over the past one and a half year. That's when her channel started to nosedive. She seemed very comfortable in her own skin today and I hope she brings the best to her show.

I lost interest in her TH-cam content a couple years ago and I don’t know if I’m interested in watching late night shows on tv. I’ll probably watch clips of the show posted on TH-cam like a lot of others butttt nonetheless, Lily is such a dope woman. She’s really paving the way for other women of color and I’m so proud. This is amazing and it’s interesting to see how tv networks like NBC are trying to adapt to different types of entertainers to appeal to younger audiences.
