@Thomas McCauley 1. All of them come fully assembled. Some of them you have to put the mirrors on, but they just snap in. 2. Most of them as die cast metal, the only ones that are plastic are three of my HO scale buses.
@Csxgp382 Thanks for your comment, The minibus, first gen. CE, and the two chevy/bluebirds are in HO. The rest of them, except the Wayne and Carpenter, are 1:55 scale. I got the Wayne from a toy store, found it out of luck really, sorry can't say where to get one.
@dapatrick111 Glad you like my buses. The two activity buses I did my self, with a can of white spray-paint and a microbrush paint brush. I might start customizing model buses for people, if your interested in having one done, send me a message over TH-cam.
@Csxgp382 I think I got that Wayne from the Gay Dolphin in Myrtle Beach. I also use a Microbrush when detailing the buses and my model trains. Does that Thomas 3800 bus you found at Big Lots look like this? th-cam.com/video/rgoK1FB8-r8/w-d-xo.html I have been looking for one of these for a long time.

@Jeanairfrankena No, all my bus models are store bought, but I did all the detailing myself.
@BadTheSecond school-bus-gifts(dot)com has them, look under the tab for International models and it is called the "International BE diecast model"
Thomas Built Buses website (Thomasbus com) click "'Shop Thomas Built" at the top and its under diecast.
