pumpkin cold foam recipe (at least at my cafe) - 30 grams of a pumpkin syrup - 3 oz non-fat or soy milk (whips up the best) then use a milk frother or blender :-) pour slowly over coffee (with ice already in it) and you’re done !
I just quit my job at Starbucks lmao…but pumpkin foam is just vanilla sweet cream (heavy cream, 2% and vanilla syrup..ps u can buy the vanilla from them) and some (sweet obvi lol) pumpkin sauce! And for a small batch of the foam they do 13 pumps of vanilla like 1/4C of 2% and then like 3/4 heavy cream..obvi not exact cause they use steaming pitchers to measure it out in but I hope that helps😂!
