    She really undersold the fact that when stressed tarsiers actually pound their heads off any surface until they die. They didn't bump their heads off their enclosures, they freaking smashed their own skulls because of the stress.

    They are easily scared and are suicidal. After an earthquake in Bohol (where they reside in the Philippines), a lot became stressed and died. 😞

    Growing up in Bohol, we've called them Tar-sheers.
    Especially in the Tarsier sanctuary.

    i live in the island of borneo. when i was a child, our school keeper caught one of these in the jungle behind our school. he kept that little thing in a mini zoo behind our school. it was super slow, and barely move. we fed him bananas. and he can get really aggressive when the kids poke it with straws (its primary school, these kids be like less than 10 years old). the keeper kept it for a very long time.. i think about 2 years.

    They bump there heads on cages not because trying to escape but because they become suicidal from the stress so when in captivity and there stressed there’s a high chance of suicide

    Kinda inaccurate about their territory because we have some in Africa and we sometimes call them 'bush babies', they always come out at night or when its really cloudy and a little but of light shines through
