He knew she needed someone to care for her, and would be there for her no matter what. As much as she tried to deny it, and push him away, his stuborness finally got through to her. They bot will have some interesting challenges ahead, but I think they'll be able to handle it.

Really sweet how Kenichi was able to push away all the Yakuza complications with Aoi to genuinely love her and marry her. They really make for such a sweet and loving couple. And the twist of Tarao actually being a good guy caught me by surprise there.
Torao and her senior members are freaking trolls but it's honestly nice that they really wanted Kenichi and Aoi to be happy 🥰 and it's sweet that his parents gave them their blessing and wished for for their happiness too 😊 also they have grandchildren look forward to as well.😏👍
