I am NishaNijo, a New Zealand registered nurse here sharing my experience in New Zealand regarding job search .I was there in New Zealand for the past 08 months and i need to share the true fact about current situation. In this video i included some of the struggles i faced during my job hunting . I hope this video may help you all to find a job in the possible ways and will help you to get your dream come true. ഞാൻ മനസ്സിലാക്കിയിടത്തോളം ഓസ്ട്രേലിയയിലെ സ്ഥിതിയും മോശമായികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. Vacancies ധാരാളമുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ റിക്രൂട്ടിങ് നിർത്തിവച്ചൊരിക്കുകയാണ്. ബഡ്ജറ്റ് ഇല്ല എന്നതാണ് കാരണം. നഴ്സിംഗ് reg. കിട്ടിയെങ്കിലെ ജോലികിട്ടു എന്നത് ശരിയാണെങ്കിലും നഴ്സിംഗ് കൌൺസിൽ ജോലി വാഗ്നാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. കുറച്ച് മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപ് കൊടുത്തു കൊണ്ടിരുന്ന റി ലൊക്കേഷൻ പാക്കേജും stop ചെയ്‌തു. അതുകൊണ്ട് കാര്യങ്ങൾ പരിചയക്കാരുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവരുമായി സംസാരിച്ച് തീരുമാനത്തിൽ എത്തുക.

ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ന്യൂസീലാന്റിൽ ജോലി കിട്ടാൻ ഒരു സാധ്യതയുമില്ല.....ഒരു സ്ഥലത്തും റിക്രൂട്ട്‌മെന്റ് നടക്കുന്നില്ല......ഇപ്പോൾ പോയാൽ ഏജന്റ്മാർക്കും കോളേജുകൾക്കും മാത്രം ലാഭം......എത്രപേരാണ് ലക്ഷങ്ങൾ മുടക്കി ജോലിയും വരുമാനവും ഇല്ലാതെ നിൽക്കുന്നു....എത്രപേർ ഗതികെട്ട് തിരിച്ചു പോന്നു......

I really understand your situation. Here I would recommend not to resign your current job if you are still working. Take leave, complete the course and get the registration (APC and Ahpra).Then comback and attend interviews . Once you secured a job you can go with work visa . Chechi from my personal experience i won't promote any agencies. If you are willing you can do the processing by yourself. And also you can save money and time also... These are my personal openion only. Think properly and make a good decision. Also you can get additional information from several fb groups regarding the processing and all.... Thanks...

Regarding chance to secure a job ,will totally depends on current vacancies available, total experience you have and time you are applying for a job. This job crisis may vary , I am not sure. In my openion, use all possible ways n keep trying... You can also search in job seeking platforms like SEEK AND TRADEME... Thanks 😊
