Fishing A Private POND for SLAB Crappie | Catch Clean Cook | Fishing 2024 | New Way To Catch Crappie

I had a great time absolutely tearing the CRAPPIE up. Who would have thought that a pond would have this size of SLABS in it. This was a lot of fun catching all these fish with my buddy Peyton. We cleaned these fish up and cooked a nice garlic parm crappie meal. The ingredients are below.

INGREDIENTS:
(serving size 3-5 people)
Cook in the oven on high (broil) for 12-15 minutes
-2 pounds crappie fillets
-2 teaspoons lemon pepper
-2 tablespoons mayonnaise (lightly cover fish)
-Spray butter or olive oil
For breading mix
-1 cup panko breadcrumbs
-1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, freshly grated
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
-3 tablespoons melted butter
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
