This is the greatest sin of all. God created everything and has forced us to ask him alone. And you reject the creator and ask the creation (universe).
Proofs and promises
There are hundreds of different religions on earth, but none of them gives evidence of its authenticity. The Quran, on the other hand, says the following:
(We will show them Our signs in the universe and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that this ˹Quran˺ is the truth. Is it not enough that your Lord is a Witness over all things? Chapter 41:53)
Allah made a promise 14 centuries ago that He will show mankind proofs, in them and beyond. This promise has certainly come in our time. However, whoever rejects these proofs will burn in Hell. He will feel the fire and every time his skins are burnt he will get other skins in its place to continue to feel the punishment of the fire. Allah Says:
(Surely those who reject Our signs, We will cast them into the Fire. Whenever their skin is burnt completely, We will replace it so they will ˹constantly˺ taste the punishment. Indeed, Allah is Almighty, All-Wise.Chapter 4:56)
Among Allah's promises, there is also scientific evidence right away that He is the creator of our bodies. He clearly teaches us that we have multiple skins and that the skins are the ones that contain heat sensors. Science says:
(Whit a third-degree burn, the wound is white or black, dry and leathery. You will hardly feel any pain with this burn because the nerves in the skin are Affected)
This fact was only discovered in the late 19th century while the Quran was sent to mankind 14 centuries ago. Who told the illiterate prophet who lived in the Sahara that the heat can only be felt through the skins, and that there are multiple layers of skins. This is why we talk about first, second and third degree burns.
It is your choice to deny the proofs of Allah, but do you know with what part of your brain you can make the decision to deny or to speak the truth, Science teaches us that there are three kinds of brains, Neocortex, Limbic Brain and Reptilian Brain. The anterior of these three is the Neocortex. The Neocortex is divided by several parts the anterior of which is called prefrontal cortex. Thus we have the anterior brain of the three brains and the anterior part of the anterior brain. Let's read in brief what this anterior of the anterior part of the brain does according to science:
(What is the role of the prefrontal cortex?
The prefrontal cortex (PFC) plays an important role in executive functions including decision-making and stress controllability. Thus, the PFC is involved in behavioral flexibility and in extinction of fear responses.)
So there are three kinds of brains, the front brain of the three is also divided by different parts and the front one of them is the one that we determines to lie with. Notice, we are talking about the front part of the front brain. Allah Says:
(Did you consider: what if he gives the lie (to the Truth) and turns away (from it)? 96:10
Does he not know that Allah sees everything? 96:11
No indeed;12 if he does not desist, We shall drag him by the forelock96:12
by the lying forelock steeped in sin. 96:13)
You read it right, forelock occurs twice here and at the second one is the part we are talking about. So exactly how Allah teaches us this fact.
It is literally frightening how the hundreds of scientific facts appear in the Quran. It is really to be afraid of it to still reject the Quran. And if you are still afraid then I advise you to go to sleep because science says:
(Does sleep reduce anxiety?
Researchers have found that the type of sleep most apt to calm and reset the anxious brain is deep sleep, also known as non-rapid eye movement (NREM) slow-wave sleep, a state in which neural oscillations become highly synchronized, and heart rates and blood pressure drop.)
You can read plenty about the effect of sleep in reducing anxiety. Allah taught this to us in a time when people knew nothing about modern science. At the time when the Muslims were fighting heavy battles, great fear was natural. Allah says:
(Then after distress, He sent down serenity in the form of drowsiness overcoming some of you,, Chapter 3:154)
Again, Allah has given us the promise to give us proofs in ourselves and in what is outside. Hereby I have given you only three proofs and the promise that has become a fact. And Allah always fulfills His promise.
(We will show them Our signs in the universe and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that this ˹Quran˺ is the truth. Is it not enough that your Lord is a Witness over all things? Chapter 41:53)
And as this promise has been fulfilled that other promise will also become a fact for those who deny the Quran. May Allah protect us from that:
(Surely those who reject Our signs, We will cast them into the Fire. Whenever their skin is burnt completely, We will replace it so they will ˹constantly˺ taste the punishment. Indeed, Allah is Almighty, All-Wise.Chapter 4:56)
Of course, there is also a promise made for those who do believe in the signs of Allah. Allah says about this:
(And those who believe and do good, We will soon admit them into Gardens under which rivers flow, to stay there for ever and ever. Allah’s promise is ˹always˺ true. And whose word is more truthful than Allah’s?Chapter 4:122)
