All that stuff fits just fine in the original black bag.

Here in the U.S. Costco warehouse sells a Mini 2 combo with 2 batteries and the RCN1 that comes with this bag in the black color. I've found that the plastic drone compartment doesn't offer as much protection as a padded compartment would and I think it's more for showing how cool you are to have a DJI drone with you.

Hi Henrik - you are mixing 2 bags here; the one you received is the mini bag+ which will accommodate the mini 3 pro. It's the one DJI currently sells. There is also a smaller version; the DJI mini bag (not +). That is the one you describe as made for the mini/mini2. It is very small and will not fit the mini 3 pro - I know because I just received it. Sending it back and will order the one made specifically for the mini 3 pro - the one you are reviewing here. Anyway, just wanted to clarify in case anyone else accidently orders the wrong back for their mini 3 pro.

I was more intrigued how you ended up with like 3-4 bus stops next to each other lol :D

Just got a Lowepro Tuckee 150 camera backpack and it fits the mini3 and all my gear perfectly (with battery dock, landing pad, and RC hood). It's really compact.

I've seen that product before, i think it is to small for what i actually need, can you tell what bag is it you leave on the bench? the black one, that really caught my eye, thanks Henrik, keep doing great content and I'll keep following you here, in the 1st Drone Academy
    and anywhere else 😉

I think I prefer the standard bag that come in the fly more bundle. Nice review, and thanks for sharing.

It's just too fragmented. One flap and a space that is divided works much better for me.

The clear drone pouch is a stupid idea. Not much protection and visible for prying eyes to see what to steal.

yeah, specially here in Mexico displaying anything makes you 100 times more prone to be mugged

Sorry I don't see the point unless you don't want the fly more kit.
The fly more kit bag holds everything required, is not a lot larger but offers far better protection.

Don't like the transparent part, makes the bag an instant target for theft and also gives nosey parkers a heads up to what you are doing and gives them a chance to pounce on you when you get ready to fly.

Perfect opportunity to complain about, that DJI deemed it reasonable
to ship the mini 3 pro fly more with the exact same bag as the mini 2,
even though the batteries are bigger and so is the more expensive controller.
I could sort of understand it, if they had reused the old bag for the cheaper
mini 3, as many buyers will probably also opt for the cheaper controller,
    but come on !
On the "upside": Since I bought the sun-visor, I can carry the remote separately,
don't need to remove the sticks every time* and now there's space for 8 batteries
and the charger in the bag.
    * = The stick solution for the mini 2 was better than on the mini 3 (pro).
Way less likely that you drop / lose one.
Having recently tried other DJI products, including the Inspire 3, they really seem to want
make more money on selling spareparts by making it more likely that you brake things.
Not an endearing move DJI ...

The Mini 3 Pro bag is definitely not the same as the Mini 2.
Slightly different size and no carry handle.
Drone, controller, charging hub, batteries and accessories all fit easily if you know how.
Stick storage solution, fit domed nuts instead of sticks, much easier to get smooth control inputs.

Doesn't really matter, DJI is getting banned for all use in the USA.
Should have jumped ship to Autel like the rest of us...
