Bought one today! Running a stereo rig for bass that has a Soundwave Breakdown with an OC-2 for heavy low fuzzery on the larger cab. This is the perfect scratchy fizzling fuzz tone for the cab I run leads thru!
That tone at 8:10 is awful for typical bass, but pretty useful if its paired with a deep low end tone in a stereo rig like mine! Who needs a guitarist!? Lol😂
I recently got a Shields Blender... so Octave Clang is not for me. BUT I'm going to get the Germanium filter as main crunch tone for a modified Rimini XII with a tele bridge pick, tuned down to weird B, and pair it with my trusty Echo Dream 2 I still love after more than ten years.
