the android '8.1' phone is clearly android 5.1, white ui which came with 5.1 and some old ui style from android 4.4 kitkat
and that '12' is definitely 6, status bar on default android 7 and up are different style. and ofcourse... android 12 is completely different, it has material theming and looks completely different even from android 11

you can see this by firing up an emulator in android studio. thats how android 8 looks. android 5-7 has a DARK titlebar with white ui.
they are both on android 8, just the one saying android 12 is lying
also thats how the quick settings menu looks on android 8 as well. from 5 to 7 its again, dark. fire up the android studio emulator on your own machine and youll see it.

10:52, from what i heard, your phone is unfortunately, infected, so thats why you see apps that werent installed by you, this is caused by an android update that got compromised (i think it was released somewhere in 2017-2018) and if any phone has that compromised update, it will install a virus that will connect to a server and get apks to install without user permission.
What's crazy is that I've been seeing 80$ 4090s on tiktok shop and even more insane GPU deals

couldn't you just downloaded an alternate app store (for example auora store) or just downloaded the apks and installed them on the tiny android phones
The kids phone uses the worse possible memory card. probably rejects with just enough room for the OS. So you need to copy it to a better card or it will brick very quickly. The cheap hand held emulators suffer like this too.

The last "peace of technology" 🤣 is actually very old, the same looking tablets were used for taxi navigation system in Serbia like 5 years ago i remember that because sister of my father who work as taxi dispecher brought bunch of those home when they changed to newer tablets three years ago, and asked me can i do something with them, so i tried to use them as normal tablet but they were so done, it was impossible to do simple tasks so i suggested her to throw those away as she did after me spending all day to somehow make work at least one of them 😂

Tbh i'd rather get a nokia than these phones. Plus the nokias will have better quality and everything will seem smoother especially on S30+ nokia devices plus for a cheaper price. I found some for 5 dollars in good condition and got a smooth experience. Just ask your Gramps or Grams to give you their old nokias lol. I think if you could flash stock android 6.1 on the huawei looking phone that it would be way smoother
