I started playing BAR online only yesterday, so it's very interesting for me to see myself in a replay already. I was WhiteSeraph in this game, and I think this was my first or second match online. I definitely learned how to d-gun and push against enemy eco more effectively, but this video also helped me to understand how to use my bulls more efficiently. Thanks for covering this match!
Always hilarious to see the guy talking shit to his teammates all game accomplishing absolutely nothing and then getting called out for sleeping the longest on the endgame screen.
All while everyone around him is trading like mad and he's just a goblin hole in the map. Honestly hope Sodbagger gets called out in lobbies for putting more effort into controlling others than his own meme builds.
@@tomxipe Now imagine the amazing world we'd live in if you had highest damage AND didn't flame? Unless by flaming you mean fiend pushes, in which case well done.
I continue to be surprised about how hardly anyone builds any base defenses away from the front line. I mean I'm not expecting much, just some LLT's or a Sabot turret, maybe an AA turret. But there's often literally nothing :o
Yeah, I play a lot of different RTS games and one of the things I often note is that players frequently have a 'cult of the offensive' mindset and undervalue defense and defensive buildings and don't understand them. Walls, towers, and mines are common mechanics in a lot of games and they're frequently just ignored and forgotten when they often have insane efficiency when used properly. And then many games are decided by small numbers of units leaking past the front line and doing extreme damage in the rear uncontested. People often just blame their teammates for this or get angry at their opponents for not playing fair somehow and refuse to acknowledge that they should have done something to defend themselves. Especially in BAR where even one leaked unit can often destroy multiple backline players' entire economy, playing full greed with zero base defense is taking an insane risk to save a trivial amount of resources. I think a lot of players have gotten used to seeing their entire bases explode and have gotten way too comfortable seeing that as just a normal thing that happens sometimes in BAR that you can't do anything about, when it should be taken as a sign you've made catastrophic mistakes.
Yeah this is a good point, I think the main thing is just a limitation on expendable APM. I agree though some walls and turrets set up by a con or two would be especially helpful

Hahaha wow making it on TV so soon! Well welcome to the BrightWorks and well played mate :)
You did great!
Just wanted to say that I look forward to these videos every day, and I'm so, so picky with my videos
Thanks for doing this daily ❤
Glad you're enjoying them mate :)

Too bad his apm can't catch up to his Words Per Minute.
For me, Consolidated, it's the contrary. I flame everyone, but has highest damage most often. So your statement is not true

@@DanielBlack888 when i paid my backline for t2 and I still dont have it 4 minutes later I lose my mind sorry
Great cast as usual. For some context, that was AndyM and MacMuggins first online match.
Oh, cool, nice
Thanks! We need more BAR content on YT!
I agree! And thank you for the dono, I appreciate it mate :)
woop woop!
Air Transport abduction is OG Total Annihilation play :)

APM is real. But yes XD
Fun replay! That was a creative use of transports I haven't seen before lol
Almost makes me want to try and develop a strat XD
Power the only thing we lacked Saturday
Hahaha a real life e stall
Isn't it damage done / damage taken? I thought efficiency was "I dealt 3x more damage than i took"
Ahhh that could make sense
I have a mate who is convinced it's a measure of wasted resources
300% efficiency? I had 1000% efficiency once on this map, should find it lol
More Brightworks :D
You got it :)
Isnt' that lane called the canyon?
It is now :D
3.14 plz tell me he changed his name to pie😂
21 min nuke no anti, just lol
I'd agree if it wasn't me half the games XD
Early runby by yellow not only did efficient eco damage it did apm damage as line spent the rest of the game typing lol
"They'd never try that cheese" *They try the obvious eventual endgame threat strategy* "Gasp!" XD
This game is not worth casting imo..... Verry noob game.. tbh I should have stoped watching 7 min in when the tanks broke the backline
Terrible match. Right from the outset you could see which team was going to lose. You normally expect some kind of twist if the opening is one-sided.
