I agree with the other commenters---it's great just to watch the two wrestlers without the constant yelling from the coaches. A great match. I have one question---at around 4:14 it looks as though Antonio is using a judo-derived hip toss. I could be wrong about that, but my question is whether the rules for wrestling set guidelines against martial arts moves?

Folkstyle does has a list of illegal moves, but there are no general rules against the use of martial arts. A hip toss is perfectly legal so long as the force used is doesn't rise to the level of unnecessary roughness.
