My mom has been in the hospital and needs heart surgery, so I haven’t been in a great place and I’ve been out of town at her hospital. But this was really wonderful. This is so chill and relaxing, and it’s helped me unwind a lot today. I’ll follow up again when things are a little less hectic. The first was longer and I felt a little better, but at the end of filming I looked down and realized I'd forgotten to hit record on my zoom recorder for the sound.
