Vanilla Fields is a natural kind of vanilla, not boozy, not bakery icing sweet, I love it, I'd even like it if a man wore it. It's that good. I get nothing from it like what you described. Spring break girls are trashy and would wear a trashy perfume, not Vanilla Fields.
My favorite everything is Kiehls Original musk, idk how budget friendly it is, but I consider 30-45$ a bottle worth it. It lasts all day on me and it's beautiful.

What do you think of those eternal drugstore standbys, Jovan Musk and Coty Wild Musk? They're dependable, always there,and certainly budget friendly.

Skin Musk by parfums de coeur! Hardly makes a dent in your wallet, but such a beautiful kind of yellow musk.
