Drove thru western Saskatchewan into Eastern Alberta on a "good" year. Every 15 miles was a grain terminal with a 120ft auger making 2000ft long piles of wheat. Given they can go multiple years without proper rain...when it does come there isn't enough facilities to handle it. Especially trains.
you can also use silobags if the bins don't have enough storage... and voila, no spoilage
