I did not understand the Kalimahs u mentioned. So I couldn't understand the Huroof Illat.

can you be more specific about your query , which kalimahs are you referring to ?
is it ف Kalima
ع kalimah
and ل kalima ?

if yes , these are just names of the Root words we call it in arabic language.
this is standard format.
Each and every noun and verb will have ف ع ل kalima in it.
