Brother, you make us old a/c installers proud with the quality of your work and how you invest in your tools.
Amazing work, amazing camera footage with that drone. Now thats clean work, no rushing. Good work Zac
Wow! What a difference with the new installation! It's like night & day😮💯👏
Great job Zack on this one
very nice sir,so clean, wish i could work with you and learn more...thank you for sharing your knowledge...God bless you sir, from your #1 fan from the Philippines
A well done and neat job Zac under those circumstances, the new Samsung A/C should be running well now 👍 Au
Great video ! Some people may be wondering where all that oil in the pipes came from. When oil circulates in a refrigeration system a certain amount of it "adheres" to the inside of the pipes themselves on the inside walls of the tubing.
You would be surprised how much oil can be pushed out of a pipe if it's wiped 100% clean and all that oil is pushed to an end point. When New Piping is installed, the piping is " Dry " That's Why on some Long line installations You Need to " Wet " the Tubing With Refrigeration oil or Add Oil to the Compressor to Compensate for " Line wetting ".
Any Runs over 100ft. should be " Wet " Before installing a Condensing unit or it is possible to lose a Compressor or Greatly shorten its service life.
Pull a proper vacuum and open the system youll pull refrigerant and oil into the lineset.
Installing a very similar unit with an indoor ducted evap. Without suspending the ducted unit, how would you eliminate or isolate noise if it were laying flat? Rubber pads?
Absolutely love it. Only hate is that your videos aren’t longer.😅
Nice drone footage at the end. Great job.
Consider using ear protection, especially with that multitool.
What is your electric flaring toon ? Link please and great video !
We've just installed one of these systems with the Windfree indoor units. Impressed.
The training we did with Samsung UK they state the outdoor has to be 100mm off the floor on rubber feet
That vertical line set needs an oil trap. That vertical lift is more than 25 feet. Look into the manual to where to put one or call Samsung tech support for more information. All the oil that came from old one will eventually accumulate in the new one with out an oil trap. But other than that, nice work zack. Really good install
Every literature I've read is when the condenser is above the evaporator wheres the oil going to trap.
a trap is only required when the COMPRESSOR is Above the Evaporator because You are trying to return the oil back to the Compressor. traps help the oil Climb the piping to be able to return to the compressor.
Gravity keeps most of the oil in a Compressor When it's Below an Evaporator.
Top notch work!!!
Trap is only needed every 10ft when the evap is below the compressor. Not the other way around….
Good job man. I'm impressed with the organization and quality of the work.
What is the expected lifespan for an air conditioning system like this 4 zone ?
Awesome install man.
Great job, very professional.
I THINK MILWAUKEE IS GIVING THIS MUCH EQUIPMENT AS A PRESENT TO YOUR COMPANY.
What’s the headgear you’re wearing?
made it look real nice
Safely squints engage! 7:40
wow, amazing
Is it correct, that you didn’t use legs for condenser?
Excellent job.
what do you do with all the old systems
Nice. Thank you
❤
👍🏿
Samsung? More like sam-suck
Knowing their reputation of appliances, I would never put a Samsung mini split on my house
Good work!
