The lipstick color is great on you and I love your hair . I would love to have my hair permed but I’m too chicken to trust a salon to do it 😂The only exercise I like is walking although I have started strength training nothing complex just a simple weight lifting etc. The wellness book is very nice and its a great idea to keep track. Really enjoying all the vlogmas videos.
I just started watching your channel really love it 😊 I live in Upper Michigan we get snow to I have been in Weight Watchers for 16 years been lifetime for 15 years I lost 60 pounds. I actually sweat lol I do my Elliptical in winter for 3 hours a day I walk in summer 10-12 miles a day I live on a lake I walk around the lake. I enjoy exercise lol I feel like I am doing something good for me I just turned 67 in November. I don’t take any medication at all. But that journal looks awesome I track on my phone they closed our Weight Watchers 2 years ago they have closed a lot up this way our leader started our own meeting at her church so we still meet. Anyway hood luck on your journey. 😊And moving and eating right is important to weight loss. Happy Holidays to you and your family.
@@JeanBushie we just took a trip to Michigan we were in Cadillac. We don’t any WW here either, I miss going to the meetings. My goal is to sweat and move more!!!
