I thought that I don't know much for applying as a job..but now I'm feeling confident that I can apply for a junior flutter developer. But sadly there is not enough job as a flutter developer, some of the startup demands so many qualifications that I feel like I don't know anything. I want to work as an inter or with some people..so that I can know how we code in an industry..like clean and scalable code.. but not able to find any opportunities
I had a flutter interview the other day, it was for a junior position and I thought I had enough understanding to do well. Then I got asked about multi-threading, isolates, silvers and generators which are things I am aware of, but don't have a deep understanding yet. Felt like a more mid level position I was being interviewed for in my opinion.
People just ask everything. They try to generalise it as they dont know themselves what is advanced and what isnt. For example I consider Provider as a mid/senior question because it simply doesnt get a lot of usage on a real-world scenario where you usually use BLoC, Riverpod, Redux and whatever other State Management tools there are out there. But.. they ask anyway whether you're a junior or a senior simply because they don't know better. Is it the same as asking someone with 4+ years of commercial experience the difference between 'final', 'const' and 'static' variables. Like.. seriously?
