@Papa Klaw: I haven’t tried to do that. But I think it’s a one-way ticket - once it’s on it stays on. I collapse it when done and lean it against the wall in my garage.

So can you take the light head back off of the stand?

@Papa Klaw I just unscrewed the handle and released the locl spring pins.
