My recommendation; Having received one and had to unpack and set it up the neck / body joint on mine was extremely tight and was needing some rather extreme force to set, so first, I wisely smeared a thin layer of water proof plumber's/key grease on the side of neck and inner body sides and it eased it's way in. It will also be easier to remove down the road as humidity or moisture will not degrade the grease over time.

Hi dear Rob, I´m Fernando from Mexico. I have a Bass Bsx and a question. Could you help me get that accessory in a "T" shape used to change the low or high action of the instrument? Because I do not own it.
I wonder if here are some distributor or may be could you sell and send it to me? Could you help me get that piece, think its called an Alan Wrench, if you don´t mind?
    I refer to this:
    Action Adjustment
    (To change Action of Strings)
    Should be NO separation between
heel of neck & body slot
    Insert Alan Wrench
    1. For LOW action: Loosen TOP screw 1/4 turn turn
bottom screw clockwise for desired action
    2. For HIGH action: Turn BOTTOM screw counter clockwise
    3. SNUG TOP screw
Thanks for your time, I will be very grateful to you. ( I will send this same mail to the email account that appears on this publication)
    Regards!

Great video Rob. These things aren't the easiest of travel basses to set up. But as far as a travel basses for flying this and Eminence are (I think?) the only EUB's that will fit in a golf case.
