I've noticed it too, in many of his videos are moments like this, but most of his viewers doesn't seem to recognize it because they're blown away by his endless movement techniques and they write it off as another thing they don't understand. Like obsessively trying to 360 flick in pubs, or no-scoping with the kraber, or wall jumping for seemingly no reason. This is how he has fun in a game he's been playing every day for years, anyone who's played any game that long will do the same.
In his case, it's useful for training his aim, which is why he does it so much. He trains his flicking skills. If you watch him closely you'll notice he keeps flicking randomly.
If you know what aimbotting actually looks like, what skill looks like, and what kind of player aimbots, it's obvious timmy never did and never will aimbot, ever and anyone saying otherwise is either bad at the game or jealous of his skills.

Well yeah kinda but I honestly think he is doing that on purpose to get people talking about if he is cheating or not. Because I've seen dozens of times when he misses almost a full clip on someone that's completely visible to him so it really doesn't make sense that his aimbot would only work through walls.
And also I'm sure you've seen cheaters before in Apex and I can usually tell within a few seconds if they're looking sus at least with aimbots.

nah dude, it locked onto the enemy that his teammate, Keon, was fighting inside the building, notice how Keon gets the last kill inside the building (meaning his aimbot locked onto the enemy inside before the enemy got finished by his teammate)
