Amazing video mate, could I ask how you get the icon for Karma above you like that? I generally need as much visual aid I can get to realise that opponents have popped CDs and that looks really clear :)
Hey the karma icon above my head is just the karma spell ability haha. Whenever you get karma'd by a monk that icon is just the genuine in game spell effect on you.
Judt came back since Legion, really enjoying DF and Envoker. I really wish Aug. wasn't terrible because on paper it could have heen a really cool class.
@@Justin-ny8df At the beginning of this season they heavily nerfed Upheaval's damage entirely; by like a solid 30%, and in addition to doing that, augmentation evokers set bonus from last season was lost which was another like 10% extra damage to Upheaval and Fire Breath, so basically Upheaval does the same damage as last season except we have twice as much health now. Also Eruption got like buffed, but it feels still pretty meh, it can hit for like 180k in some circumstances but overall feels pretty bad in comparison to disintegrate; overall currently devastation evoker is just stronger. Oh also they nerfed augmentations buffs to teammates by a lot as well, so not only do you individually do less damage, you don't buff your teammates as hard as you were buffing them last season either. So overall nerfs all around (Which to be fair was kind of needed as augmentation evoker was REALLY strong in Season 2 of DF.) :)
@@Grimlocked I very much appreciated the break down and information on that! I really like it more than Devastation so far, here is to hoping they find a decent medium if those nerfs were warranted. The role of being a DPS that supports your allies with buffs is so cool to me.
@@Justin-ny8df Definitely! I would highly recommend trying out Ret Paladin or Enhancement Shaman even as well for the "support" dps type feel, both do insane burst damage, AND have really fun utility as well! Obviously once you've had your evoker fix ;) lol.
I was playing my resto druid and i am by no means great, i hover wothin 16-1700 in solos, but i was in a lobby against a devoker that was pulling 200+ dps and he just flattened me through cds it was insane. I didnt know whar to expect as you dont see many devokers but yea. Have a new respect for them. I have many alts and recent pushed my devoker to 70 and started gearing its been really fun
Yea it's REALLY rough for rdrus vs devoker because they have the ability to instantly purge off all your hots with fire breath; and ontop of that they do RIDICULOUS damage.
@Grimlocked yea that is the absolute worst lol Now does it purge all of them or just 1 hot? I haven't had Antoine to test this on and I tend to be getting trained in solo so I haven't had the mind to watch for it
@@austinshaw2014 Basically all evoker specs have a PvP Talent called "Scouring Flame" that makes it so each empowerment level of Fire Breath charged purges an additional ability, so when you Tip the Scales, your fire breath immediately casts out at it's max empowerment level. When an evoker Tip the Scales Fire Breaths it removes 4-5 buffs immediately depending on what talents the evoker plays.
This is great and helpful. Maybe just flash your talents before each match so that we can see what you change or don't change based off what you're fighting
I use GladiusEx specifically; normal Gladius does not have this built into it. GladiusEx it's just a setting and requires a bit of setting up because you select what is tracked from your opponents classes.

Time Stop immediately stops all damage/healing on you as long as it's active; just like Ice Block/Bubble. So this definitely should not have happened. I'd love to see the video.
yeah im still new to dev this season. i hit 1907cr in shuffle and i have under 2 days played. still learning the class. is there any reason to take "font of magic" over arcane vigor?

hey man so yesterday i was soloed by a rogue in time stop. It did absolutely nothing to stop the damage and i recorded the video.
Time Stop immediately stops all damage/healing on you as long as it's active; just like Ice Block/Bubble. So this definitely should not have happened. I'd love to see the video.
