    John: reading your book, The time savers workout, a question came up: in your previous book, Beginning Bodybuilding: Real Muscle, you had presented the method of how to Calculate Your Specific Individual Repetitions (I.S.R.). So the question arises that in the book The time savers workout you did not explicitly relate the I.S.R to the protocols presented, but there is, on page 137 onwards, your recommendation to increase the weight load by 10% in the first and second series, totaling 20%. This 20% value is the value that must be reduced to the maximum weight load for a single repetition that will be used as a reference for calculating the I.S.R. So, I would like you to draw up a parallel comparison between I.SR and the method described on page 137 of the book The time savers workout.
