Being fat or skinny is not healy in the extremes, but a little over or under is ok, as long as you feel good about it.
This is literally me. I'm so underweight but i just can't gain weight. Even if I eat a lot I just don't. But the thing is I can't eat a lot either. I have lots of health complications and I often get sick. So that makes me lose my appetite 🫠so it's ultimately so hard to gain weight.
