I love the term "pips with feeling." I find myself gravitating towards these decks, so it's better than what I've been calling them - "not lazy pips." 😝 I've looked at Anima Mundi before but seeing it on your channel paired with the term "pips with feeling" makes me itchy to buy it! The way you reacted to the penguins in 5 of Cups in that deck reminds me of my reaction to the 5 of Cups in the Crow Tarot. It's the saddest little Crow I've ever seen. While I'm not the biggest fan of that deck, that card is my favorite Tarot card of all time. Sometimes they hit right in the gut and the impact never fades!
This is a super comprehensive collection. I love animal decks so much. 😊 Thanks for sharing!

I can't remember who coined the term 'pips with feeling', I want to say Kelly over at The Truth in Story, or maybe Tom Benjamin?
I checked out the card you mention in the Crow Tarot, what a sad little crow indeed! Poor baby.
      Thank you for watching! x

Very cute and lovely decks, but the rant section was my absolute favourite 💕

Haha, I just can't seem to help myself, I always go off on one. Glad you enjoyed the rant, I almost cut it out!

Such a lovely animal deck collection, would love to see the Cat Tarot walkthrough with your thoughts on it as Fournier decks are my fave for their size and smooth shuffle. 🐈‍⬛
I have the Wild Unknown tarot and animal decks (in both sizes) and the indie pocket Orion’s tarot, which is absolutely gorgeous but I have struggled to connect with so rarely use. But it has my most favourite sun card ever with a capybara so I keep it in my collection for now.
[edit: omg the way you remember the elements with the horizon line and directionality (up/down) is EXACTLY the same way I remember them!!!]

Capybaras are so damn cute I cannot even with those friendly little guys.
Cool to know that someone else remembers the elemental signs the same way, I sometimes wonder if the way I do it makes any sense or not. lol.
      Thank you for watching. x

It's amazing to see how many of them you have, Kelly.
The Tarot of the Magical Forest is great! And the Wild Unkown is a world of it own.
    Thank you for sharing

Hiya! Thank you! I do adore that little Magical Forest deck, it's just the perfect balance of sweet and sassy; and because it's a RWS clone, it's so easy to pick up and read straight away. Thank you for watching my friend. x

The water symbol i recognize it as a cup..a pointy one though…but the others i remember them as you do.

Yeah, that's a good way to view the water symbol. I've seen some other folks comment that they do the same. Makes sense. x

Awh, really?! I'm so relieved that you like it because some folks have picked up a copy after hearing me wax lyrical about it and discovered that they really don't like it.
Do you have a fave card/cards?

@@lilpinkbear seriously ??!! What's NOT to like about it ? Although they all have huge eyes, they're all SO expressive ! Favorites ? That will be a bit hard. Off the top of my head, the Empress (she has a very naughty allure), the 6 of Wands (because it reminds me of the "dangling carrot" and leading others on for personal profit), 4 of Wands (frogs dancing the Minuet like in a Brönte novel), 3 of Wands (the tadpole left the water but still looks at it from time to time, feeling nostalgia) and the 5 of Pentacles (because I love the empathy the taller character shows for his friend ! I can't stand the bitchy attitude of the lady in the RW version; after all, they are both in distress !). Ah, and the absolute URGENCY of the Chariot !!! 😂

Regarding remembering the element symbols, the only way I can *sometimes* remember them is the one for air looks the an A. The reverse (upside A) is earth and looks like a hole or pot with with something in it. Also arrowise, the sky is up and full of air, and the ground is down. And for the two I forget most -- the upside down triangle is water, which kind of looks like a V, which is close to W for water. Or Vasser, if you speak German. Haha. Leaving the triangle, which kind of looks like an A with the middle moved down. It's not perfect.

Ooh, I like this (the vasser/w for water in German), very helpful, thank you! x

This has made me realise I need to distill what they mean for me, as I can really vary. Could be interesting!
