In kpop you will often see idols be affectionate with each other lol I'd like to say its part of the culture at this point because ive even seen how affection is between family members in Korea but its very common in kpop for idols to be cuddling, holding hands, hugging, and even kissing. Its almost very normal and plus skinship plays a big role in the weird ways of fanservice but I wont get into that but don't be too shocked next time believe me you'll see it more often.
