This video shows you how to install a serpentine belt, tensioner pulley and idler on your 2003-2021 Chevrolet Express. That squealing noise coming from your vehicle’s engine compartment could be a slipping belt, or it could be a bad pulley bearing, or both. A bad pulley could eventually damage the belt, which could create even further damage.

Man this video was so freaking helpful I had to do a motor swap out of my 2500 heavy-duty GMC Sierra and the only mother I was able to locate that was a decent price was a 2004 Chevy 2500 Express van motor and I couldn't remember how my serpentine belt went thank you so much for the diaphragm

NEVER EVER start a bolt with a power tool! Turn by hand 720° first; THEN use a power tool

This video is great 👍👍👍👍 I do have a problem tho sadly. My oil filler neck hose won’t go back in its place. It’s is very hard to push that rubber gasket in, even when I put oil on the gasket, it still ask stubborn to go in. Any suggestions?

How do you know it’s your tensioner/pulley? Was it making noises?
