Hmmm....is not easy in Ghana having a skilled and getting your self established. she said something that it's very true and on going and I'll say it the behaviour of someone ghana people. It's very hard for them to recommend you to others especially your own friends and family.
that is true , i feel we have to sometimes look at others who are not our friends and family cos our families will hate us for doing what we are doing ,
the problem is that the Ghanaian girl child is trained at home as the cook, cleaner and everything to serve the man. they are not taught to fend for themselves financially. whereas the male child is trained to do nothing but work to provide for women and also be the ones in the mainstream at job places. as a result many men exploit women who try to look for jobs. That mentality has to change. the girl child can still do all the chores and still work and be respectful if that's the fear.
There is a saying that experience is the best teacher
And what ever she says is absolutely the truth 🥹
