This is a post 1990 model. The rectangular headlights didn't show up until 1990. This vehicle could have had a 'new' body but since the engine is also a post 1990 second generation 2L-T, the original importer probably faked the chassis number and papers. The frst LJ70's showed up in Europe in 1984. They had round headlights and a first generation 2.4 turbodiesel (no overhead camshaft).
