....visage of gunes ,not aquila. you cant keep up the aquila's effect because multishot sucks hatred too quickly. oooor you can qube a cindercoat for resource reduction in t13 where damage reduction doesnt matter once you one shot almost the entire mob. ooor,you can use both by replacing the COE with a ring of royal grandieur .cube the worst one,and put the another on the hero. maybe you loose some damage,but is like a tank and you will have 50%+30% resource reduction on vault with fire rune and multishot arsenal ,but still haveing the damage reduction from aquila,elusive ring and wraps of clarity(50%+60%+50%). thats a lot! i finished gr94 with this setup ,1100 paragon and level 70 augments on 90% of my non fully optimized gear.
I agree, run a Visage of Gunes in the cube for more dmg reduction if needed. Or Cindercoat for fire based resource cost reduction. CoE isn't really needed for anything speed related, only for pushing difficulties.
