- Inspired by a video from an old friend of mine, i thought the song fit Ei and her story quite well, and her need to evolve past her notion of eternity. That and i frankly just wanted to make an AMV with this song and Ei in general.

this was very good fit Ei lock herself away because of the pain of losing her sister and freinds. it wasn't until her second quest did she finally heal. Ei is my favorite character from genshin her story is so sad.
I'm glad you found the song befitting of her. Was worried people may found it unbecoming of her. I tried capturing the isolation that Ei went through, while still showing how badass she is
@@voicingdragoon7 I haven't seen many people show Ei's true self In Amvs. The song fits because of Ei locked herself away because of her grief. Tho I would like to see a AMV show Ei's kind and caring nature.
@@kingflame6588 Now that'd be interesting to make, but sadly i think what you'd end up with is mostly just cutscenes of Ei and the others talking. A lot of back and forth between character faces. Not too many cinematics or trailers where it's shown
@@voicingdragoon7 yeah that's true we only have a few scenes that show her kind and caring nature. The scene where Ei says goodbye to Makato is so good. I can't imagine how painful it was for Ei for those 500 years.
Yae Miko line about how Ei will never admit it but she needs someone like the Traveler is so touching.
This is very fitting for Ei, I like it. Her story is so sad and I feel like this song is showing that. It's like she's asking for help on healing instead of holding it in. I didn't think a Skillet song could fit so well with Ei.
Edit: I think this is my favorite so far of Genshin tributes. Keep up the good work :)
I'm glad you found the song befitting of Ei. She's quite a sad character in her own right, all that pain and just wishing things to be stuck in time for eternity so no one else has to. Save me felt like a fitting song.
