I love Aldi! I line laundry baskets up in the back of my SUV and sort the groceries by location, like freezer, fridge, pantry. Then when I get home we just carry in the baskets. Saves a lot of time.
Meal planning is the perfect way to eat healthy and stay on budget!!! Plus it is nice to know what your cooking every day without having to think and stress about it!!! ❤️❤️
Look up the “clean 15” and “the dirty dozen” it shows which fruits and veggies are better to buy organic and which ones are the worst for pesticides. 💕

Haha. At least in the US they are kind enough to let you pack away yours groceries in bags. Here in Europe (well Belgium and Germany at least), you have to put the groceries directly back in your cart at the check out and bag them as you load the trunk of your car.
My tip for beating the checkout stress at aldi and lidl is to just throw it all back in the trolley and pack it at the car or if it's raining at the bench behind the checkout. That way I can pack it just how I want and load it into the boot so nothing gets crushed

Avocado tips! Always buy avocados green and with the little stem thing still attached. I 💙 Aldi and buy up to 15 avocados at a time to keep green in the fridge. Once you take one out in 2-3 days it'll be ripe and ready to eat. We keep 3 out at a time and when we eat one we take one out of the fridge 😀
If you get anxiety when you're trying to hurry to load the belt at the register, let your husband do it. Mine does that for me because I hate it too. He also bags and puts our stuff in the car. My job is to make the menu, grocery list, and fill the cart as we go through the store. Team work!

The other nice thing about Aldi is if you don’t have bags, you can also use their boxes. With the Aldi here, you can either take them right off the shelf, or grab one from their storage thing that they have out.

Don't worry about buying organic produce that has a thinck skin like bananas and avacado's. Strawberries yes, good to buy organic. I have researched and talked to many organic farmers.
Yes its true stuff with thick skin like bananas u don't need to buy organic cuz the pesticides don't really hit the fruit u eat...look up the dozen foods u should buy organic n not it will help u which things to purchase organic

Yes to conveyer belt anxiety😬 I do feel like when I have the baby w me, people give me a bit of a break, but I'm still scrambling to put everything in order of how I want it to be bagged. One year I will actually load the cart that way so it's easy😋 Congrats on 2 years🌈✨
I really wish we had an Aldi! I just recently found out I have a thyroid issue and I'm really trying to go more GF because of it. However, I panic every time I go grocery shopping because unless something is clearly labeled as gluten free, then I'm not even sure what to look for. Wow, your Aldi has so much more choice than ours in Australia! We can’t get things like turkey bacon, turkey mince or organic produce. Your frozen food section was awesome! Aldi Australia needs to lift its game!!
I used to get stressed about putting my things up on the belt. But then i figured, if someone is in a rush they can go to the fast lines for 8-12 items. I like to organize my groceries on the belt.
Your Aldi looks way better than mine. Mine is dirty and disorganized as well as crowded. You can barely move around so I decided not worth any monetary savings. Maybe I’ll try a different location since all the things you purchased look yummy.

They can hire more than one cashier & open more registers. And I’ll go at the pace I can, not worry about how long their effing line is. 😃🛒 And I’m glad I’m not gluten free but I try not to buy so much bread anyway, but I do love their tortillas & wraps. Great haul, thank you!
Great job! That’s a lot of food for under 200. Especially considering you had organic and gluten free choices in there which tends to be more expensive. I shop at stop and shop and spend on average 300 for 4 of us sometimes more. I love these videos and need food shopping savings are always helpful!!! Bob Evans mashed are seriously all we eat for mashed potatoes! When we have family over for dinner I warm them up and dump them in a serving bowl when no one is looking and they have no idea, my relatives are picky about pre-made food, so that’s why I hide the package 🤣. I like Aldi a lot too. They have great produce and you can’t beat the prices for the amount of groceries you get.

I hate it when I go to the conventional stores out of convenience and they end up double bagging everything!!! 😪also check out thirty one’s market thermal bags! They are huge and I can fit most of my grocery haul in two of them! I use the regular ALDI reusable bags for things like chips and breads! Great video!

Your aldi is huge. I wish mine was. Thank you for some ideas. My only feedback is the juice part. I used to do the water and juice mix when my girls were younger until u started working in daycares and became a teacher and had to take nutritional classes. When you add water to 100% juice you defeat the purpose. Its suppose to be a substitute for actual fruit.
My husband recently took a work trip to Germany (where ALDI originated), and that’s how they pronounce it 🙂 He stopped at one to do some shopping. We love ALDI!!
I believe the extra gluten free aldi finds are exclusively for the month of May for celiac awareness month so get them while you can!! (I've worked at aldi for over a year :) )

Your aldi is huge. I wish mine was. Thank you for some ideas. My only feedback is the juice part. I used to do the water and juice mix when my girls were younger until u started working in daycares and became a teacher and had to take nutritional classes. When you add water to 100% juice you defeat the purpose. Its suppose to be a substitute for actual fruit.
I would like to switch to gluten free. Do u notice bloating as much with gluten free compared to the reg processed breads
RHEA GOEN unless you have a gluten intolerance or Celiacs disease, going gluten free really has no added health benefits according to research
My husband recently took a work trip to Germany (where ALDI originated), and that’s how they pronounce it 🙂 He stopped at one to do some shopping. We love ALDI!!

I believe the extra gluten free aldi finds are exclusively for the month of May for celiac awareness month so get them while you can!! (I've worked at aldi for over a year :) )
