Every time I visit there is a lot of progress. You buy a villa here for the quality of living, nature and surrounded by beautiful mountains. No Sir, I don't agree - Ambey Valley was Constructed in 10000 Acres & Vaarivana is Constructed in 247 Acres , there's tremendous difference in land parcel - Ambey Valley is almost 90 Kms Away from the Pune City whereas Vaarivana which is located in just 15 to 20 Kms from the City - Vaarivana is connected to the Upcoming Ring Road - It's Directly Connected to the Highway - This is the Next Upcoming Location where Builders are acquiring land parcel

Also, Navi mumbai airport is closer (timewise) than current pune airport and future purandar airport. Immediate access to Express way.
