    These specific leds are far over legal limit of lumens and when put into a mirrored housing for halogens they seem even brighter. These are 6k lumens, legal limit is around 3700 lumens (MN). Some people's eyes do not react the same to light as yours! Consider other drivers safety as well!
    I know some will still use them and if you do, please make sure they are aimed properly at least, if not set lower than normal so that they are causing minimum problems for others.
    edit: I don't mean to be a hater by any means. Great video here, just consider other peoples vision as well.

      For low beams. I find the perfect balance and not overkill and overheat the bulb, is between 20W-35W
      And high beams between 30W-50W/65W. And for fog lights, from looks to useful, 8W-25W.

      @toyotabrony 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      But don’t be confuse lumens on led bulbs.
      We have no issues using 3000 lumens on our low beams. And I wouldn’t mind using 5000 lumen per bulbs. Again. No issues.
      Lumens is just the measurement of brightness, the measurement of light, creating by the light source.
      The best light measurement, is when u put the led bulb that meets the optics of the headlights. Projector or reflector, that’s called lux.
      Lux is the Actual, usable, measurable brightness. At a certain distance, at a certain point of space.

      Hey my friend I hope all is well, I'm so very excited that you have found my channel and i Hope you become a member of the sub family community! I'm so very sorry to hear about your troubles my dear friend. You shouldn't have gotten any Bulb Malfunction warning light on your instrument cluster on the BMW X3 E83. And I'm saying this because they both have built in Load Resistors that don't get hot, and they Prevent Hyper flashing & Bulb Malfunction warning Lights. A load resistor is a component that has the sole function of increasing the load resistance of a circuit to a specific level. You might have gotten the wrong Sylvania LED Bulbs for your BMW X3. That can cause the Bulb Malfunction warning light on your instrument cluster. Also this can vary depending on the Year of your BMW X3. You can go to the actual website and see if you installed the correct LED Bulbs in your BMW X3. I want to mention as well that I did not have any bulb Malfunction warning light Come on when I installed the Sylvania LED bulbs. Sometimes you could have another exterior or interior bulb blow out and that can cause the Bulb Malfunction warning light to come on.

      @HASAWNTUCKER  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey my friend I hope all is well, I'm so very excited that you have found my channel and i Hope you become a member of the sub family community! The Powersport headlight bulbs are [12 watts,12.8 volts] & they have SUPERIOR ILLUMINATION: 6000K cool-white light provides better clarity to see what obstacles lie ahead. Also the rain will not effect the Powersport headlight bulbs because vehicle’s have a dust cover that will protect them from all elements. & they will withstand the rain due to the LED bulbs having a premium Build. So you will not have to worry. I hope this information helps you. Keep being an amazing person my friend. & I will be here to assist you every step of the way. Godbless you(:

    These led bulbs are excellent upgrade. Sylvania update these led bulbs.
    Instead of this with external driver and a fan guard.
    It’s an all in one with a cable, expose cooling fan, and instead of L wrench for adjustable collar, it now has a 360 adjustable collar or a friction fit. And the heatsink now has air ventilation grooves.
    These are set it and forget led bulb upgrades. And it’s worth $100. Especially that 5 year warranty ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
    How’s ur night time driving experience with ur sylvania - SL.BX2 led bulbs?

      Hey my friend I hope all is well, I'm so very excited that you have found my channel and i Hope you become a member of the sub family community! Yes your Absolutely correct, this was a much needed upgrade for the BMW X3 E83. It definitely improved brightness and visibility at night, allowing me to see objects and road hazards much more accurately. They also gave the BMW X3 E83 a more modern look.
      The Sylvania H7 LED Lights will not affect others drivers on the road when they are on low beam or high beam. I would most certainly recommend this upgrade to any individual that's interested in improving there brightness and visibility at night, and to give there BMW x3 e83 a more modern look to the outside world!
      I hope this information helps you! & i appreciate your support. Keep being an amazing person my friend. & I will be here to assist you every step of the way.

      @@HASAWNTUCKER and I shall sub.
      I recently saw and tested on of my friends dad had those led bulbs, and I always wonder how bright the 13W led bulbs are.
      I turn them on, with a projector headlights on a 2018 Toyota RAV4, I can see why.
      I say that because, I see comments about this of 5050 of people saying. This is brighter than stock. Or this is dimmer than stock.
      What I think is, when putting a projector, yes it can be slight dim. But I see a little brighter than stock.
      In a reflector housing, that would help better that will increase the brightness a little more.
      His dad was happy but he told me he wanted something more and don’t know where to start.
      The beauty I find these sylvania led bulbs, is as a set it and forgetted, and especially that nice 5 year warranty.
      When I show our headlights that we use from Lasfit, he couldn’t believe how bright they are. Way more than sylvania.
      And he’s like, I need those.
      I have the Lasfit - LD plus switchback 6000k and 3000k. And my friend I hook him up with Lasfit - LA plus.
      6000k pure white.
      Both are 30W per bulb.
      And it is incredible, and I find around 30W is plenty enough for low beams.
      For high beams, around 50W would be better for a serious punch of light output.
      That’s why my most recommendations, is for those who wants something that doesn’t want to think about and just wanted that works, sylvania led and Sylvania zevo led replacement bulbs are great choice.
      But if they want something more, a little high performance and still reliable, definitely Lasfit and Auxito led bulbs.
      Lasfit
      Auxito
      & sylvania led and zevo led.
      3 brands that me and my family are running on our cars.

    Hello. It IS possible to convert HID headlight to Halogen headlight for BMW X3 E83 2004 ?? Please , thanks

    • @HASAWNTUCKER
      @HASAWNTUCKER  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey my friend I hope all is well, I'm so very excited that you have found my channel and i Hope you become a member of the sub family community! Yes there are conversion kits that you can purchase for the BMW X3 E83.
      HID and halogen headlights are not interchangeable because they require different bulbs. But However, it is possible to retrofit halogen headlights to HID Xenon by using an HID Xenon conversion kit. These kits rebase HID Xenon bulbs to fit into halogen bulb sockets, and then install them to the HID ballast controller. This can make the low beams brighter.
      But to break it down in more Simple terms Xenon HIDs won't fit into spaces that are designed for halogen bulbs on the BMW x3 e83 so you will need the HID Xenon conversion kit. I hope this information helps you! & i appreciate your support. Keep being an amazing person my friend. & I will be here to assist you every step of the way.

    But they are not actually 😊legal. Low beams are dangerous as the blind oncoming drivers.

    • @toyotabrony
      @toyotabrony 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Ur wrong. Upgrading with led helps to see better, and be seeing.
      With the right type of two sided led bulbs. It will mimic the original halogen beam pattern.
      Once u fix the beam pattern adjustment, and rotate the orientation to face the led chips left and right or 3-9 o’clock position, u will not have problems.
      Even if it’s illegal, that’s ok. As long as we’re not hurting anyone, and as long as u get the correct ones and adjust them properly, u will not have issues at all.
