The cut looks good. It would look great if you would go to a barber and have the sides and the back faded into the top. Right now it's a generic buzzcut you could have done at home for free.

Big chin and strong eyebrows close to his eyes. Anything that shows his cool facial features will make him look great. HE is not the same as YOU. Please, before you get a buzz cut, think whether you have similar manly features yourself. Otherwise, instead of looking like a military man, you will look feminine and boyish. Just my 2 cents.
