Minister Mustapha told the farmers that the government has been working with farmers and making resources available to expand production.
He also told farmers that the demand for agro-processed commodities is increasing regionally and international and that the government has constructed 13 processing facilities to assist farmers with agro-processing.
Several farmers' groups also benefited from tools and implements to boost their production.
