So when finishing the loop, you first connect the center threads of the square knots with the securing knot threads for the stone. Are the outter threads of the square knot also secured here? Also, are the cords simply cut or is a drop of glue added for security?

The center cord of the square knot is not fixed, but
It is used for the clasp.
The outer cord is also used to make the clap.
Also, no glue is used at the end.
Tighten the knot and lightly sear it with a lighter to finish.
This cord is made of nylon, so it should be fine.

We are using hemp and not nylon, I think I can simply cut the endings off with the way hemp holds its shape so well. It is turning out beautifully.
