This build is STUNNING! It's different, interesting and beautiful. I love the roofing you did, and those window? I want them in the game (the sims team should get on it)! I love how you build stories when you build, it makes the builds look more real and homey instead of gallery house. This build get 5 chefs kisses.
I would love for the Sims to add a dating game pack that includes online dating and a faithful trait that makes it harder to get sims yo be flirty/unfaithful when they're in a relationship. Also a germaphobe trait that makes Sims want to wash their hands and not be around other sims who are sick.

Floor plans are really an art. I love seeing these builds. Also, a pet peeve of mine is seeing piano rooms with large open windows. That piano would need tuning sooo often. I think that's why the designer pout small windows there in the floor plan.

The office made me think an office build could be really cool, maybe like an office for a trendy social media company? You could do a big main room with lots of desks, and then like bigger private offices and conference rooms, a break room, reception and waiting room and stuff! Could be really fun, and it would be cool to see whether it was like modern and minimal or like young and trendy. You could do it for like a magazine or social media company or maybe for like a movie producer with posters everywhere? Hope you see this cus i would really love to see what you did now haha!
This is one of the best builds I have ever seen you do. I thought it would end up looking too kitschy because of the E shape, but wow I am floored Deli. It looks better than my wildest imagination. Fantastic job, you have such a good eye for building and interior design.

Would love to see these as a series with all sorts of different Sims in mind (magical sims, eco-conscious, beach bums, etc.) I'm really intrigue to see how the curvier letters come out given the limitations of Sims build mode. Really like the CC that you chose for the house as well, definitely thinking about getting those windows!
I have a suggestion for this challenge series. The house would have to have a theme/ style that begins with the letter of the floor plan, like E - Eclectic; and so on for the other letters. Love you Deli!
Love the build. I think deligracy and james should have a contest on who builds the best letter house and let the people vote who's the best (letter shape, flow of rooms, theme). And the winner has to pick a very difficult letter for the loser to build, letters such as (O, Q, V, Z, and Y)
Deli unintentionally made a pun at 19:47. She said "That's cool" when she changed the closet walls to blue, and blue is a cool colour. I was laughing so hard!😂
I love this house! ❤ Idk why, but this house gives me that dystopian, post-apocalyptic vibe. It feels like a bunker and the sims living here are used for experiments. And maybe next time you can try building an 'O' house!
