    Bawasan mo kumain ng white rice, fruits in high in sugar, and processed food. Exercise regularly at least 30 minutes a day. Take care of your health Kaluts!

    381 is that A1C or yung daily glucose lang mataas yan. I am also diabetic, less processed food, no refined carbs, and sugar. Try switching to complex carbs instead. And the best way to bring down blood sugar is exercise. Stay healthy kabalen. 150 minutes per week at least

    Pwede ka magsearch sa youtube ng dos and donts na pwede mong kainin like bawal ang starchy food, high carb like sweet potato, mga pancakes and fruits yung matataas ang glycemic index.

    Mag inum ka po ng fish oil ganyan sa hubby ko mataas triglycerides at cholesterol nya mag take lng sya ng fish oil 3 months now kaka check up nya lng ulit at normal na ung results nya...     I hope you are taking diabetes med already.. kasi pag uncontrolled ang diabetes mo, affected lahat ng organs sa katawan mo kalutz.

    😮I’m surprised Hindi ka pa inistart ng doctor mo ng antiDiabetic meds. So I assume na us opted for diet/lifestyle modifications first. Tapos bakit di pa tinest HbA1C mo? Mataas Sodium level mo kasi siguro kulang water intake mo samantalang mainit jan sa Pinas at lagi kang nagpapawis. Kailangan mong uminom ng tubing na Marami lalo kung mahilig ka sa kape. Pinapaitan ka nang pinapaihi ng kape kaya dapat umiinom ka rin ng maraming tubig. Kaya hazy ung ihi ko at positive pa sa pus cells. Parang may UTI ka pa kalutz. If I were you, I Pacheck ko HbA1C ko kasi good indication yan kung uncontrolled diabetes mo,

    Ilan taon kana kaluts?ako wala ako nararamdaman 34 y/o ako,pero medyo nag aalala na din ako hindi na pabata,lahat kase kina’kain ko wala akong pili.
    Gusto ko na din mag pa general check-up na’kaka takot mag ka’sakit ngayon.
