I got this demo and many other demos from a fan compilation album which I found on the blog "Albums That Should Exist". The majority of these recordings are official releases from the Croce estate that have been released as extras on various albums throughout the years. The blog simply compiled them into one place. I found 4 more demos/alternate takes on the internet and I tried to restore the few recordings that needed some TLC.
