To meet the extreme demands of streaming high-quality video to ~250M users, Netflix has developed a unique content delivery solution. Netflix's CDN, called Open Connect, enables ISPs responsible for internet infrastructure to connect directly with Netflix hardware and increase speed and reliability for users.

missing in the presentation is the split between on (ISP) net and off net traffic.
In Europe, on Net is around 60%.
