Restoration From Trauma

The Restored: a Journey to Renewed Hope series continues as Pastor Mike Patz talks about healing from pain and trauma. We may look good on the outside, but on the inside there are wounds and scars. Trauma is unprocessed, unmetabolized pain, and when pain goes unprocessed it becomes toxic. Isaiah 61:1-4 is the prophetic word of the coming of Emmanuel, who is God with us. His restoration involves bringing beauty from the ashes of our pain.

Healing is definitely a journey that takes wisdom & intentionality, it also requires spaces that are safe. It's our prayer to create those safe spaces to be vulnerable before the Lord and with people (safe people). Help us Holy Spirit and all those with the same heart 🙏
